Terms & Withdrawal Information
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to booking the online live event “Below the Surface: Live”. Your contract partner is:

2. Service
The service is participation in two live trading days as a digital online event. Dates are sent by email. All content is educational only; it is not investment, tax or legal advice and not a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, up to total loss. Past results do not indicate future results.
3. Contract and processing via Skool
After signing up on this page you are redirected to Skool. The contract is concluded when you complete booking and payment on Skool. Payment and access are handled via Skool; Skool's terms of use apply in addition.
4. Prices
The price shown in US dollars at the time of booking applies (Early Bird or Black Friday). No bookings are possible after the sales period ends.
5. No refunds
Paid fees are non-refundable, including in case of non-attendance. Statutory rights remain unaffected. If we cancel the event, we refund amounts already paid.
6. Usage rights
Content is for personal use only. Recording, sharing or publishing it without our consent is not permitted. Access is non-transferable.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for trading decisions or resulting losses.
Withdrawal information (EU consumers)
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, you must inform us (GEMS4GENS INC., 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA) of your decision by a clear statement, e.g. via our contact form. Sending it before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment. If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for what was provided until withdrawal.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract (providing the digital content and service) after you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent via the checkbox when signing up; performance begins when your access is activated. There is no right of return after that.

8. Final provisions
The laws of the State of Delaware apply. For EU consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
