2. Visiting the website

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in server logs to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking tools, and load no fonts or content from Google; the font is served from our own server.

3. Event sign-up

When you sign up, we store your name, email address, chosen language, price and price phase, timestamp and the exact wording of your consents as proof. Purpose: running the event and emailing you about this event and related offers. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time for the future, e.g. via the unsubscribe link or our contact form.

4. Skool

After signing up you are redirected to Skool (Skool Inc., USA), where booking, payment and access take place. Skool's own privacy policy applies to processing on Skool.

5. Contact form

6. Recipients and transfer to the USA

We are a company based in the USA, so your data is processed in the USA. We use service providers for hosting and database, as well as Skool. Transfers rely, where available, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), or are necessary to perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Retention

We keep sign-up data for the duration of the event and customer relationship or until you withdraw consent, and beyond that only where legally required.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For requests, please use our contact form.
